Our travel bags are made from nylon twill for the City Plume collection and from polyurethane and polyester for the Lost In Berlin collection.

Yes, our travel bags are designed with clever compartments for easy storage, including shoe pockets, garment compartments and accessory pockets.

Do you have travel bags suitable for air travel?

Absolutely, we have travel bags that conform to airline hand luggage dimensions, perfect for your plane journeys. For example, the travel rucksack has been developed to travel on easyJet flights and avoid extra charges on your ticket price. However, please check that airline dimensions have not changed in the meantime.

Do you offer travel bags for children?

Yes, we have changing bags for your child. They include a changing mat and a leak-proof luggage organiser. You'll find them in the nylon twill material of the City Plume collection and the polyurethane + polyester material of the Lost In Berlin collection. Those bags can also be used for other purposes once your child has grown up: you can use them for travelling or going to the gym.

How do I maintain and clean my travel bags?

We recommend our cleaning product or cleaning by hand with a damp cloth and mild soap.

Do you offer a guarantee on your travel bags?

Yes, all our travel bags are covered by a 2-year limited warranty that protects against manufacturing defects.

Can I return or exchange a travel bag if I'm not satisfied?

Yes, we offer a flexible returns and exchanges policy. You can return or exchange your travel bag within 14 days of receiving your product, provided it is in new condition and with the original packaging.
